STAR WARS CELEBRATION IV,

 This is
Eddie. Let me formally introduce him as your official provider of information
straight from the front lines of Star Wars Celebration IV (4) in sunny L.A.,
California.  This is Jack. He is Eddie's
purveyor of information from Celebration. He is not having near as much
fun, in fact he is working the rest of the week. So the best he can do is
have fun through his super friend, Eddie...bastard.
"Star Wars" Eddie is a super big fan of Star Wars (should a trademark sign go here?) much like me. The differences are; Eddie went to L.A. and I did not, Eddie is having a blast with thousands of other Star Wars fans but I am not, and Eddie will get much cool Star Wars stuff but I will not. That being said, I at least get to report on his activities at Star Wars Celebration 4 (IV). But, I am going to the premier of Pirates of the Caribbean, At World's End tonight at 8pm, yeeeaaaahhh!!!!! (Eddie yells much louder than me). So here is what I know so far... Thursday, 9:45AM. Traffic sucked hard from the hotel in deep downtown LA on the way to the convention location. It was really heavy. The hotel is about 20 minutes away. |
Thursday, 10:00AM. Eddie arrives at
the show and there's shit loads of people already in line. He thinks there
are at least 10,000 waiting. He snaps this picture before heading to the
back of the line.  As
he makes his way back to the end of the line he is wondering if he may end up in
Nevada...hell...Thursday, 10:53AM. He starts to send some
pictures of people dressed up in good outfits. Thursday, 11:07AM. Waiting in line sucksssss..... Thursday, 11:27AM. Eddie spies an imperial chef coming down the
line with a platter of something. As it gets closer he begins to jump with
joy. It's Jar Jar Binks' Head on a platter!!! Yea, that's what I'm talkin'
about. Thursday, 12:07PM. The last report was there were so many people trying to get into the convention that they closed the main entrance and opened another one on the opposite side of the building. Thursday, 11:12PM. Booty!!!!!!!1 |
